Every time I try to register my residency status with Ringgo it does not work. This happens every year, and always results in an extended email dialogue with Ringgo "support", who really don't seem interested in providing support at all. This time, when I tried to renew my residency on the website I got an error. The response from "support" was that I needed to re-apply for residency again. So I tried that, and got an error. Someone at Ringgo really needs to invest in testing the systems that it's poor unfortunate users have to tolerate. Life is too short for this.
