Unable to log into my Ringo account. Tells me to use the app. The app recognises my mobile but not my password. Tells me to reset my password but I cant because it doesnt recognise my password to log in. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it, no difference. Cant contact anybody, the phone number is discontinued, the on line chat goes unanswered.
Abysmal. Totally isolated from the outside world. Currently fighting two parking invoices because the phone number at the parking does not work either.
