Where to begin?
Every few weeks, the app breaks down and has to be reinstalled.
Constant requests for verification - for the sum of £1.40! - but the OTP then fails to arrive.
Today, to crown it all, the phone service, which provides an alternative to the app, was ‘closed’ - so with an imminent appointment, there was nothing to do but slog several hundred yards to the pay machine, which miraculously was working.
Appalling complacency and incompetence - but in our town they have a monopoly of the car parks, so what do they care? If only we COULD withdraw our custom ….
