Terrible app. Partner could not do on site. Ruined our last evening of 3 day holiday as he spent most of it trying to do it ended up trying to do it on my phone only to be told its not possible on my mobile app. He eventually sorted it online after several attempts He now has to bank to get them to delete the direct debit apps that popped up. This should not be legal. we too will not use if we can avoid.
