0/0 Absolute pile of dogsh*t. App would not allow me to access payment section after I registered. The app says my 'account has been set up, but is inactive.' I reset my password 9-10 times (maybe more) without any progress. verification code only allows you a certain amount of tries before saying try again tomorrow - absolutely useless. Ticket inspector was sympathetic and informed a lot of people have issues with the app and website. It ruined what should have been a perfectly nice afternoon in Hampstead, leaving me with no choice but to leave the parking spot. Pathetic!
