Bristol wants people to visit the city, support local businesses. It is happy to outsource parking to Ringo, one if the most unreliable and infuriating parking apps.
My advice, as someone who has to travel to Bristol regularly and wrestle with Ringo is, go elsewhere. I've just spent 10 mins in rain trying to make the Ringo app work.
Why can't a council organise its own park?
