One of my panels were slightly damaged in transit.
After a quick email to report the issue, I was contacted by Kathy from the customer care team.
The very same day I received notification my replacement panels were in the process of being manufactured and were despatched by priority post the next day. What a refreshing change not to hear the word Covid as an excuse.
Truly first class, Kathy and the team are great.
I just need them to start supplying Petrol and Christmas Turkey now.
