“Ordered 3 panels, finally arrived but they were not the correct ones. Lots of Calls &emails to get them collected and reordered. 2nd order arrived exactly as the first one so was incorrect again. No real apology or explanation. Incompetent service. Such a shame as we really liked the product sample.”

“I have had one of the worst customer service experiences in a long time with this company. After placing an order, I was promised updates and call-backs regarding my delivery, but those promises were never kept. Every time I reached out, I was told that the production team was "too busy" to provide any information, and I still have no idea when my delivery will arrive. This kind of poor communication and lack of follow-through is unacceptable, especially when customers are left completely in the dark. If you're looking for a company that values its customers and provides reliable service, I would definitely not recommend this one. Very disappointed!”

“The wood panels are good in quality but some of them get damaged upon delivery. Unfortunately, the damaged box was on the last batch we unboxed. It was right after two weeks after the delivery. I was trying to return the product but was confused by their 1 month return policy. Basically, they said we offer 1 month policy on first statement but in the detail they clarified oh you must return in two weeks because you will need another 2 weeks to return the product to us. It is my fault not to read it through frankly, but I would say I was totally fooled by their first statement in the return policy. Why don’t just say you have two week to report the defects and have another two weeks for return. Return policy must be simple and clear in my opinion. Please make sure your open all the boxes and check every single piece of wood as you will only have two weeks to report any defects.”

“Great quality and very easy to install. Fast delivery although the delivery company made a mistake and only delivered 2 of the 3 packages on one day and the 3rd came a day later. But not a major issue. Very helpful customer service!”
