The wood panels are good in quality but some of them get damaged upon delivery. Unfortunately, the damaged box was on the last batch we unboxed. It was right after two weeks after the delivery. I was trying to return the product but was confused by their 1 month return policy. Basically, they said we offer 1 month policy on first statement but in the detail they clarified oh you must return in two weeks because you will need another 2 weeks to return the product to us. It is my fault not to read it through frankly, but I would say I was totally fooled by their first statement in the return policy. Why don’t just say you have two week to report the defects and have another two weeks for return. Return policy must be simple and clear in my opinion. Please make sure your open all the boxes and check every single piece of wood as you will only have two weeks to report any defects.

on appearance lovely. closer inspection and fitting rather less so. with straight walls and little cutting or framing there are few issues in putting up. Since the material is stapled to the felt for ease of manufacturing it is much more problematic when cutting between or in staples etc as the veneer splays. the material surely is best glued to the felt backing. Many household walls are far from absolutely level straight. Lightweight means easy to handle. Better to spot glue to the wall with a few nails to hold before drying than screwing into the walls. Delivery Kerbside is surely unacceptable. and better care in handling the boxes was holed and one veneer slightly damaged.

Hi Misra, Thank you for your review. Please note that depending upon the proximity of the cut to the industrial staples, this can, unfortunately, lead to less support for the wooden slats against the felt backing. We would advise applying a thin bead of grab adhesive to the reverse of any loose slats. We opt to use industrial staples as opposed to glueing the slats onto the felt backing so that people have more flexibility with their installation. Most carpenters are happy that they are bonded with staples as it means the slats can be easily removed if needed. We do utilise external couriers and trust that the panelling will arrive in its original condition, as approved by our quality control team. I am so sorry to see that this has not been the case for you on this occasion. It is equally disappointing for us to see that your order was not handled with more care by the courier. We will certainly be addressing this issue with the courier. If you need to discuss this further, please reach out to our customer service team at info@naturewall.com along with any photos of damages. Kind regards, Kathy

Was a good product however on delivery products where damaged. Could not wait for change of panel as we had labour in to complete this work however minimal and able to hide at low levels. Otherwise profit was good finish and easy to work with. When cutting around tv section and speaker bars strips would become loose from felt backing so had to nail this directly. All in all not a bad product. They were able to provide a good refund on the damaged products.

Hi Kunal, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise that your order was damaged during delivery. Whilst damages are very uncommon they can, unfortunately, occur in transit. We would have certainly replaced your damaged panel but we understand you could not wait for this to arrive as you already had fitters there ready to install. We take all complaints very seriously and have addressed this issue with the courier. We appreciate your feedback and are glad we could come to a resolution you were happy with. Kind regards, Kathy

I liked the sample, but when I realised how expensive it was for my small wall i’ve decided have to look elsewhere

Hi Dominic, Thank you for your feedback. It is certainly a premium product. Naturally of course we understand it won't be affordable for everyone. Nevertheless, we try to make all of our products as accessible as possible, without sacrificing quality or craftsmanship. Kind Regards, Kathy

Beware of custom charges to Ireland. 2 x slats cost £251 custom charge was €75 ! Not naturewall’s fault product is good but if ordering from Ireland remember the custom charge will be approx 1/3 of the cost price

Hi, Thank you for your kind feedback in terms of the product. We can appreciate that customs charges can be quite high for our customers outside the UK. We do automatically reduce the product cost by 20% for you to try and balance out any VAT import fees you will have to pay. We appreciate your feedback and we will continue to look into this with our logistics team. Kind regards, Kathy

You guys have a great rating, so I don't want to dilute it as it can be a genuine mistake from the delivery guys - but I haven't received my samples!

This is a hard review because the product looks good and was easy to set up but the after sales support is terrible. I had a slight issue with one panel and wanted to discuss it and even though I said I didn't want to roll out a truck with a delivery for one panel as this isn't good for the environment the request was ignored and I ended up with a full new panel which is not needed. When I've raised the issue of how this isn't what was requested and how this has not supported the avoidance of ecco impact I've been met with fabricated lies about how this is best for the customer and is the process they always follow so god know the carbon emissions they are putting out. Also comms isn't the best where I've need to chase and agreed call backs haven't happened. Apart from the wasted truck roll I'm now also stuck with extra waste that further impacts. So a good product made by a team with little care for environment damage.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review and positive feedback on our SlatWall panels. Given you were not fully satisfied with one of your panels, we issued a prompt replacement free of charge for you. We apologise should you have felt dissatisfied with this resolution and can certainly appreciate your concerns surrounding the potential environmental impact. Please note that all of the SlatWall Panels are made from FSC© wood and the acoustic felt backing is made from recycled plastic. Furthermore, we limit the amount of plastic used within our packaging and we email over invoices to reduce the amount of paper we use. In addition, we have issued you with a refund and have contacted you to arrange collection for the replacement panel should you feel that this is no longer required. Kind Regards, Aimee

Love the product but can’t believe the price! Felt, wood and a few staples with such a high price tag is very unfortunate. I would have made a purchase but can’t see any value in your product. Very unfortunate

We use a sustainably sourced, real wood veneer facing and the acoustic felt backing is designed to significantly improve the level of sound absorption in any room. I was impressed with the look of the product from the start. Lightweight and flexible, it looked perfect for my project. Disappointed with the supply and delivery, as it arrived late and involved rearranging labour and minor disruption to my client, who luckily, hadn't booked a use for the room and so didn't object to the programme overrunning. It did cost me quite some time however, as I had to remove the installation of this product from one contractor, who was on site but had no goods, to another, who had to make an extra visit once the goods had arrived. This process involved the time consuming business of cancelling and altering and resending Purchase Orders, which I really don't want to go through again. Happy to use your product - I have more orders pending right now @ £2.5K - so sharpen up that delivery process please....

I was over the moon when I discovered this company/slatted acoustic products. Had some really positive conversations by email. Ordered several samples in the darker/walnut colours. Unfortunately there is a major problem with the photographer's lighting on the images on their website - what appear to be contemporary dark browns were all actually very pale wood shades (think almost as light as untreated pine) when they arrived. The darkest is what I would describe as 'greige' - a neural/pastel tone between grey and beige. Total waste of ~£20.

Difficult to review a company that has no stock. Now having to wait two months to see further samples or go to another supplier

Hi Tony, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that currently we are in stock of all items and our lead-times are ranging between 2-5 working days from placement of order up until delivery. :) Kind Regards, Aimee

Product looks good. However I think it would look nicer if the veneer wrapped around the side as well, doesn’t look good if you see it side on, looks unfinished and slightly cheap for a product that isn’t cheap.

We were a little surprised given the price to find the slatted wall is just a very thin slice of oak laminate on the top of board.

I am extremely happy with the product, easy to use website and ordering process. However the delivery took almost 6 weeks without any updates. I do understand that there is a pandemic happening but even when I reached out to them, there was simply no response. I would definitely recommend the product but would insist that the communication with the customer improves

Hi Ben, We apologise regarding the delays during Covid19. I can see your planks were shipped within 7 days but we did have an issue with corner trims during lockdown with some small delays and I can see these were indeed sent quite late to you. These issues are now resolved and we apologise for the inconvenience but are delighted that you like the product. Thank You!

4 of the panels where not great , a bit of miss printing on them . Luckily I could hide them ones behind my bed . Could of done with more longer panels . I had none left but 10 shorter ones . Easy to fit , I recommend a bit silicon sealant to help line the panels together . I would check panels straight away so you can order replacements for damaged ones . I will use again though I do like the results .
