“2nd sample box arrived very quickly after 1st box went missing by Royal Mail. Product looks good.”

“We really loked the wall planks but didn't find them as easy to use as expected. We bought the roller tool and kept the planks in the room they were to be used in as directed. They went on easily enough but the corners are the main problem as they keep popping out. We did take our time putting them on and ensured we rollered each plank but I am a bit disappointed as I'm constantly pressing down the corners. The customer service during ordering was really good but all the info about humidity etc seems to be a get out clause.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review 😊 Your chimney breast look's wonderful! I am very sorry to hear this is happening with your planks, they should not be popping off your wall if our installation guidelines were followed. We do advise to acclimatise the planks within the space for at least 3 days, exposing them to the varying temperatures. Your wall MUST be primed prior to fitting. My advice would be with any corners that are lifting, to use a thin bead of grab adhesive on the back of the plank. If you need to remove the planks off the wall, you will need to use a flat head screwdriver and carefully pry them away from the wall. If you take it slowly the planks should pop from the wall. “Although overall delighted with the product, there was some minor damage to felt edges which clearly happened during delivery, see below, I did manage to disguise them but would rather I didn’t have to. Also whilst I appreciate the random aspect of the wood effect one panel was so obviously different that I couldn’t have used to swap with a damaged felt panel in a featured area. Again, see below”

Hi David, Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologise that your order was damaged during delivery. Whilst damages are very uncommon they can, unfortunately, occur in transit. Please note due to this being an entirely natural product, each board/panel will vary slightly in appearance and colour/tone. Some slats may appear lighter or darker depending on the wood grain. We do not treat the panels to achieve the colour, this is a real Walnut veneer using American Sappy Walnut, meaning you get natural variation in colour tone, with a mix of both heartwood and sapwood. We of course want you to be completely happy with your panels so if you do require that panel swapping please email us at info@naturewall.com and our customer service team can look into this for you promptly. “Very good quality product and delivery was quick. On the other hand, our panels had a crack in it which must have been caused by the courier standing on the package (there was a footprint on it). We didn’t return as it was easy to conceal and it would have been very inconvenient. Overall happy with NatureWall and their service.”

“Great product with really easy to use website. Only downside is LOTS of emails after purchase asking for review. Multiple requests to review samples, purchased product and company overall. I'll be blocking after submitting this (5th review now I think)”

“Great product, easy to fit and looks really good up....just a bit of a pain getting hold of it. The original dates were missed with no update, I contacted customer service who said they’d had supply issues and ours would ship that week. It didn’t, and again no update to keep us informed. It was worth waiting for, and I get there can be supply / delivery issues, particularly at the moment, but it would have been helpful if we’d been informed of all the various delays as it was one piece part of a bigger job.”
