“We really loked the wall planks but didn't find them as easy to use as expected. We bought the roller tool and kept the planks in the room they were to be used in as directed. They went on easily enough but the corners are the main problem as they keep popping out. We did take our time putting them on and ensured we rollered each plank but I am a bit disappointed as I'm constantly pressing down the corners. The customer service during ordering was really good but all the info about humidity etc seems to be a get out clause.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review 😊 Your chimney breast look's wonderful! I am very sorry to hear this is happening with your planks, they should not be popping off your wall if our installation guidelines were followed. We do advise to acclimatise the planks within the space for at least 3 days, exposing them to the varying temperatures. Your wall MUST be primed prior to fitting. My advice would be with any corners that are lifting, to use a thin bead of grab adhesive on the back of the plank. If you need to remove the planks off the wall, you will need to use a flat head screwdriver and carefully pry them away from the wall. If you take it slowly the planks should pop from the wall. “Great product and real advantage having both 240mm and 3m boards. One thing that i would prefer is having trim boards that would fit flush on the wall next to your boards. I had to buy them from your competitor....”

“on appearance lovely. closer inspection and fitting rather less so. with straight walls and little cutting or framing there are few issues in putting up. Since the material is stapled to the felt for ease of manufacturing it is much more problematic when cutting between or in staples etc as the veneer splays. the material surely is best glued to the felt backing. Many household walls are far from absolutely level straight. Lightweight means easy to handle. Better to spot glue to the wall with a few nails to hold before drying than screwing into the walls. Delivery Kerbside is surely unacceptable. and better care in handling the boxes was holed and one veneer slightly damaged.”

Hi Misra, Thank you for your review. Please note that depending upon the proximity of the cut to the industrial staples, this can, unfortunately, lead to less support for the wooden slats against the felt backing. We would advise applying a thin bead of grab adhesive to the reverse of any loose slats. We opt to use industrial staples as opposed to glueing the slats onto the felt backing so that people have more flexibility with their installation. Most carpenters are happy that they are bonded with staples as it means the slats can be easily removed if needed. We do utilise external couriers and trust that the panelling will arrive in its original condition, as approved by our quality control team. I am so sorry to see that this has not been the case for you on this occasion. It is equally disappointing for us to see that your order was not handled with more care by the courier. We will certainly be addressing this issue with the courier. “I recently ordered 4 panels for a hallway and the finished look is amazing. Everyone who has since visited us has commented on our feature wall and wanted to know where we got it from. We have also used some panels in our dining room and guest toilet. So versatile and easy to handle … I have saved all the offcuts for other ideas. Brilliant service and delivery on time. The material is of good quality and carefully packed. This really is a five star product! Very happy with the product & service.”

“After two weeks waiting for delivery, I called to find out where my order was. I was told the products I'd ordered were out of stock, and they didn't know when or if they'd be back in. Why not let me know when I placed the order? Or change the website so people can't order things that are out of stock? Really poor.”
