I've spend 2hrs this morning trying to resolve this, I've used your site and service for many years without issues but this experience will be the last! I called auspost who then put me into star track who had no idea where it's been delivered. I've gone to the location and had to check the chemist, warehouses and various shops to see if they've received and nothing. Finally I checked with woolworths and they checked the rear of the building and infact had received my item however this was the MOST EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE as the had actually opened the item!!!! This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I can no longer shop at my local shops - can you advise how you will rectify this as your service is supposed to be discreet!!!? The damage cause here is irreversible. And all that was offered from Naughty Boy was that I should contact Star Track and complain....
