Reason for 3 stars is because previously I have experienced delivery issues/delays but paid the express fee. The latest purchase I had to follow up after two days of no communication for something that was being sent express. Followed this up and the item arrived 24hrs later. Apart from delivery issues, I have no problem with NBA
