Amazing customer service from start to finish! I ordered 2 chairs on a Bank Holiday weekend but made an error with the delivery address. As the delivery was time critical, I rang on the Tuesday to correct the error and to check whether the chairs could be delivered by the following weekend. The customer service team and warehouse team were amazing - the chairs arrived within 24 hours of my phonecall at the standard delivery charge. I'm way beyond impressed with the service - would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you for your help!
