“Excellent customer service. We collected our clock from the warehouse. Easy to find with simple parking. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We are very happy with our clock and would recommend to others.”

“Ulanda was very helpful along the way and wouldn't fault her customer service. However I placed an order based on a lead time that said 2 weeks but it took 8 weeks which wasn't ideal. It meant a lot more back and forth than would have been required had the displayed lead time been met. All in all not a major issue in the grand scheme but the experience could have been better had the lead times been accurately displayed at the point of order.”

There are many variables that can affect the production time of an order, and whilst we make every effort to ensure lead times are as accurate as possible, lead times are subject to change as a result. Following the placement of your order, we receive a lead time from the brand directly for your order based on currently stock and production times which we communicate to you at the earliest opportunity. On occasion, factors beyond our control such as but not limited to the supply of parts, manufacturing times, delivery services, seasonal demand etc can have an impact on the lead times resulting in shorter or longer delivery times than anticipated. “Delivery was quick, and very easy - took the packaging away with them, and left the new furniture in the place we wanted. The quality of the outside furniture is great. Internal / interior new chair is also excellent.”

“Absolutely love the new shelves which arrived within the advertised period. There was a slight fault with one of the panels, but Nest immediately ordered a new one free of charge and delivered it. A special mention to Tine who kept me informed at every stage and was incredibly helpful.”
