“Ulanda was very helpful along the way and wouldn't fault her customer service. However I placed an order based on a lead time that said 2 weeks but it took 8 weeks which wasn't ideal. It meant a lot more back and forth than would have been required had the displayed lead time been met. All in all not a major issue in the grand scheme but the experience could have been better had the lead times been accurately displayed at the point of order.”

“Delivery was quick, and very easy - took the packaging away with them, and left the new furniture in the place we wanted. The quality of the outside furniture is great. Internal / interior new chair is also excellent.”

“Great site to browse for lovely, quality products for the home. There is a good selection of furniture, lighting and accessories. I ordered a lamp which was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged. It was exactly as described. I would order from Nest again.”

“Absolutely love the new shelves which arrived within the advertised period. There was a slight fault with one of the panels, but Nest immediately ordered a new one free of charge and delivered it. A special mention to Tine who kept me informed at every stage and was incredibly helpful.”

“I love my &tradition SK5 table - super well made, easy to set up and it feels like an investment piece. My lower rating relates to delivery to Jersey which I have picked up directly with the carrier as the main problem. I did email Nest re not having heard from them but no response, so sorted myself. On emailing them it turns out they’ve had it (taxes paid the week prior). The two boxes arrived soaking through and torn, covered only in bin bags which were ripping off, and the interior of the boxes only having a thin piece of foam and some cardboard sections to keep it all in place. Luckily, I suspect due to the quality of the table itself, the table is fine. But I’d of liked a little more care given by Nest to an expensive item travelling outside of the country (I certainly paid delivery fees to reflect proper delivery). Added to all that, the carrier left me with it on the street pavement and refused to bring it indoors, let alone to my flat door on the second floor. Very disappointing/stressful.”

We’ve confirmed the items were securely packaged on dispatch, boxed, wrapped, strapped and palletised for full protection during transport, we are relieved the table itself was unaffected. Please know that we’ve raised the issue with the carrier for further investigation. As noted on our site and in our terms, international deliveries are to curb-side only. For larger items, we recommend arranging assistance on delivery, as we unable to pre-book additional services with local carriers. We’ve thoroughly checked and have found no record of your emails, please be assured we have not ignored you. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
