“I had a great and smooth experience shopping with Nest. They offer an excellent selection of products from fantastic design brands, with many great sale items available. “Very quick turnaround time. From order to delivery just a few days, even 2 days faster than communicated. However, only 3 stars because of the packaging. Parcel was 3x larger than product and stuffed with large amounts of Polystyrol. Completely old fashioned and not state of the art anymore. Not really environmental friendly. However, I am enjoying the new table a lot!”

We are sorry to hear however that the packaging felt excessive. As this item is particularly delicate, additional protection is required to help ensure it arrives safely. Wherever possible, we reuse and recycle packaging materials, including the polystyrene used in this shipment, which was repurposed from a previous delivery rather than purchased specifically for packing. Both outer boxes can also be recycled. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually review our packaging practices to balance sustainability with protecting items in transit. “Impeccable customer service, they went above and beyond to keep me informed on my order, since it was delayed due to the manufacturer. Once the item arrived at their warehouse they immediately shipped it to me, extremely well packaged! “Love our X-Line chair it’s stunning and comfy. However, when I had to ring up because I had a last minute colour change to make, the staff member was absolutely lovely, helpful and professional. Chair arrived within a week to the Republic of Ireland.”

“The 3 ( smallish) Hay plant pots arrived in huge boxes, with multiple layers of sticky tape, and FRAGILE tape, that was all very hard to remove ( in advance of recycling the packaging). Inside the box was another box that was clearly intended as an "outer carton" and all taped up aswell. There were metres and metres of brown paper; aswell as the inner cartons that the pots were sold in. It took a really long time to unpack and prepare the recycling. It was hugely excessive; wasteful; and not customer friendly. I wouldn't buy from Nest next time.”

For example, the internal boxes included in your order were repurposed to provide additional protection, and we use recyclable materials such as brown paper and shredded cardboard for cushioning.
