“Was disappointed with my purchase, was covered chipboard. Thought the shelves would be solid. Didn't fit the space, as specifically asked for measurements as wanted to avoid the light switch, shelf covers the switch. Thought it was expensive for what it was.”

“This very expensive sideboard was meant to be delivered in November 2025, however was not delivered until 19th December. When it arrived there was some damage to the top of the sideboard as a result of the banding around the item when packaged. However, when I removed the main packaging from the sideboard there was extensive damage to the structure inside the sideboard which was caused by a very heavy marble part being placed on top of the sideboard with no support, and this had obviously caused the extensive damage in transit. I still have no resolution to this issue on 2 January despite reporting this to Nest on 19 December and I am having to store the item.”

“Ulanda was very helpful along the way and wouldn't fault her customer service. However I placed an order based on a lead time that said 2 weeks but it took 8 weeks which wasn't ideal. It meant a lot more back and forth than would have been required had the displayed lead time been met. All in all not a major issue in the grand scheme but the experience could have been better had the lead times been accurately displayed at the point of order.”

“Delivery was quick, and very easy - took the packaging away with them, and left the new furniture in the place we wanted. The quality of the outside furniture is great. Internal / interior new chair is also excellent.”
