“Love our X-Line chair it’s stunning and comfy. However, when I had to ring up because I had a last minute colour change to make, the staff member was absolutely lovely, helpful and professional. Chair arrived within a week to the Republic of Ireland.”

“Wide choice at Nest with a good amount in stock, nice people and swift, careful delivery. I'll shop again.. and not just beacuse of the 10% off next discount (although that is welcome!). I bought the Hay Hee Lounge chair which is everything it looks like in the pics.”

“The 3 ( smallish) Hay plant pots arrived in huge boxes, with multiple layers of sticky tape, and FRAGILE tape, that was all very hard to remove ( in advance of recycling the packaging). Inside the box was another box that was clearly intended as an "outer carton" and all taped up aswell. There were metres and metres of brown paper; aswell as the inner cartons that the pots were sold in. It took a really long time to unpack and prepare the recycling. It was hugely excessive; wasteful; and not customer friendly. I wouldn't buy from Nest next time.”

“We were looking for a daybed for our study and nest had the broadest collection available in the aesthetics (minimal, clean lines, simple) that we wanted. The order process was hassle free. The delivery partner got in touch about a week after the order to arrange for delivery at a convenient time. On the delivery day, they carried the item to the room, put it together and took the packaging away. All in all a great experience.”
