Fantastic service from start to finish. Had a delay from the manufacturer but customer service kept me updated throughout the process. Will definitely order from them again.

A returning customer and as usual Nest didn't disappoint! They always have something in their collection that perfectly fits what i'm looking for. The delivery was quick and i'm so pleased with the vase i bought for a wedding gift. Keep doing what you're doing Nest!

The light was extremely well packaged, despite the original box being unavailable as it was an ex-display item. The light is in excellent condition and I'm very pleased with my bargain! It also arrived very quickly - a whole day earlier than expected.

Items took four months to arrive (noted as 4-6 weeks maximum) had to chase several times with several broken promises and no goodwill gesture offered, very disappointing.

I’m disappointed with the rice paper light product I received had obvious rips. The faulty process to get compensation has been the lengthiest I’ve ever come across. Lots of photos of the tears and even documenting that we had to throw the light away before we got compensated. At the end of the day it’s a fault product and I’ve been made to give forensic evidence it feels. Bit of an inconvenience considering the brand is at fault. Yet to received the refund but Tine from the nest has been great at corresponding with. Timely and very helpful. So some stars for her professionalism.

Exchanged numerous emails with Ashlee. Also requested an order correction after payment was placed. Everything went through without a hitch. Comms were easy and always helpful. Ashlee in particular was awesome - her positivity and helpfulness swayed me from shopping elsewhere. She's great! :)

Absolutely fantastic service - outstanding knowledge and understanding about furniture which ensured we selected items which would work well in our home, taking into account space, comfort, colours and design. It also meant we considered items which otherwise we wouldn’t have and which are perfect for our needs. Delivery and installation team were also great. We cannot recommend Nest highly enough, it took all the stress out of choosing and made sure we were confident in our selections. End result looks and feels fantastic, exceeding all expectations.
