Hi Sol, sorry to hear of your disappointment on this occasion. but thank you for your review. It appears that you were charged the incorrect delivery fee on the item you ordered. This error has now been resolved and our customer services team should have been in touch to issue you with a refund for the difference in what you should have been charged. I wont be using Nest again because of a lack of transparency on delivery times delays and withholding money for restocking charges as they put it
