“I had to wait many months for salt & pepper grinders because they were out of stock (hence dropped one star), but worth the wait. Nest kept me informed.”

“I puchased a pendant light from Nest.co.uk, and I had to change my order. All the customer service people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the light wasn't suitable for me so I had to return it, which they were very helpful with. I would certainly shop with them again.”
