I’m disappointed with the rice paper light product I received had obvious rips. The faulty process to get compensation has been the lengthiest I’ve ever come across. Lots of photos of the tears and even documenting that we had to throw the light away before we got compensated. At the end of the day it’s a fault product and I’ve been made to give forensic evidence it feels. Bit of an inconvenience considering the brand is at fault. Yet to received the refund but Tine from the nest has been great at corresponding with. Timely and very helpful. So some stars for her professionalism.
