Bought a rug that on their website clearly looks as a light blush colour. Upon arrival, I didn’t even open the plastic bag it came in because it is clearly a VERY different colour than the one in the picture (photos in my google review). The item delivered is a very light salmon colour. I understand slight colour variations are to be expected but this is major, and it falls under “misdescription”, which in their T&Cs should mean the cost to return should be borne by them. When I emailed them to request that, they gave me a non-answer that the problem was with the resolution on my device (I’ve looked at the photo in the screenshot in 4 different devices, it’s not my settings). AVOID! Many better brands at more reasonable price offer no hassle returns for all online purchases, this one won’t even if they’re in the wrong
