Fantastic company to deal with and they perform a quality check before sending items out. Mine was not in perfect condition and this was brought to my attention immediately. I was offered either a discounted price or to wait for a replacement. I was more than happy to wait. Very impressed with how honest they were in dealing with this, rare to come across these days.
