I love my &tradition SK5 table - super well made, easy to set up and it feels like an investment piece. My lower rating relates to delivery to Jersey which I have picked up directly with the carrier as the main problem. I did email Nest re not having heard from them but no response, so sorted myself. On emailing them it turns out they’ve had it (taxes paid the week prior). The two boxes arrived soaking through and torn, covered only in bin bags which were ripping off, and the interior of the boxes only having a thin piece of foam and some cardboard sections to keep it all in place. Luckily, I suspect due to the quality of the table itself, the table is fine. But I’d of liked a little more care given by Nest to an expensive item travelling outside of the country (I certainly paid delivery fees to reflect proper delivery). Added to all that, the carrier left me with it on the street pavement and refused to bring it indoors, let alone to my flat door on the second floor. Very disappointing/stressful.
