Dr. Burk spent a lot of time with me, is in good communication and is very knowledgeable. He looked into things other Doctors ignored. I absolutely recommend him. I have had some issues getting forms faxed and reaching people in the chat within the 48 hours but was told there were extenuating circumstances with people being out. However, when I reached people they were helpful. There was also an issue where he was supposed to be in network but then he wasn’t. Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for the visit and have a credit in case I need an appointment while they work out the insurance. The app is somewhat helpful, though would have some room for improvements. And the care coach is very sweet.
