“I LOVE Neura. First, the app is really convenient as a one stop shop for anything related to migraines (tracking headaches, scheduling MD appointments, reminding me to complete a weekly check in, etc). Second, Dr. Berk is amazing - he listens, explains information well, and lets me be a part of deciding what course of treatment is right for my unique situation. My friends with migraines who dont use Nuera say its VERY hard to get on the schedule with their neurologists, but for me, its easy to schedule and they have plenty of availability. The price of appointments isn't cheap (i think its around $100 per appt, plus ~$30 monthly for app), but its worth it”

“I am receiving better care than I ever have before for my migraine headaches. I sought out an online clinic because our local Neurology departments no longer include Headache Specialists, and I was not getting the focused care that I needed to treat my chronic migraine condition. Dr. Berk has been a great listener, understanding, and very clear. He is well-versed in newer treatment options and appreciates a multi-pronged approach. Having a team to assist me has reduced my stress levels enormously. I am no longer fighting--instead I have allies and helpers via my Care Coach and Neura Health's concierge who works magic when dealing with prescriptions and insurance. My emails and texts are answered promptly, and I feel valued. Neura Health has made and is continuing to make a vastly positive difference in my life. Most importantly, my headache days per month and headache intensity continue to reduce!”

“With my chronic headache diseases, it can be really difficult to find a provider that understands each one as a couple of them are very rare, but also it can be so hard to travel to a doctor's office. Also, the wait time can be months! Neura Health solves these problems! The visits are virtual so no matter how I'm feeling, I can attend my visit. My doctor is a headache specialist and not only understands my headache diseases but is compassionate! I can typically schedule a visit within a couple of days - not many months! The care I get with my support team at Neura Health is beyond anything I have ever experienced. The compassion and the knowledge of the team helps me manage better. Also, I have a health coach who I meet with regularly who helps me find lifestyle changes that will help me as well. I can't recommend them enough!”

“I can't say enough positive things about this company and the incredible healthcare received. As someone who lives with chronic migraine, often refractory and resistant to treatment, I had pretty much given up hope before I started seeing Dr. Berk, Neura Health's medical director. Not only was it really hard to find a doctor who was educated on headache medicine and also current with new developments, but finding one who also spent the time to listen and partner in my healthcare was something I had given up on. I've been seeing Dr. Berk for nearly two years now and he is an amazing combination of frontline knowledge on migraine treatment and compassion. Most importantly, he never gives up, even when things just don't seem to be working or an attack won't stop. As if all that wasn't great by itself, there is more! As part of Neura Health I also have access to a care concierge who can help any day of the week to get my urgent questions answered AND get any medications needed quickly approved by my insurance. And in addition, I see an amazing care coach who is there to listen and support me in overall treatment of my migraine with things like self care ideas, managing expectations, tips when traveling, mindfulness, and so much more. Overall, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Neura Health to anyone who lives with migraine and whose quality of life has been impacted by this awful disease. Give it a try and experience migraine care unlike any received anywhere else!!”

“Neura Health has been amazing! Dr. Gokani’s holistic approach to migraines is so helpful for understanding underlying causes and empowering me to care for my health moving forward. And Dr. Berk’s assessment of my lingering headaches and physical therapy suggestions have been super helpful. I also love the messaging access (since I have so many questions!) and twice-monthly care coaching provided with the subscription! Overall, the team is collaborative and responsive. While my headaches aren’t quite gone, I am in a much better place than I was before starting with Neura Health, and I am beyond grateful for that!”

“The Neura team is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding of people like me with complex headache disorders. They make it easy to manage living with this disease. I’m very lucky to have found this service and I can’t recommend them highly enough! If you have migraine or other headache disorders, you should stop what you’re doing right now and sign up for Neura Health.”

“I came to Neura Health because of Dr. Berk, who is the best neurologist and doctor I’ve ever had. He is not only incredibly smart, dynamic, and an expert in neurology and specifically headaches, but he is also kind, available, and genuinely cares about a patients well-being and progress. He is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. Further, Neura Health is unlike any other neurology practice because they solve what others don’t: they provide a full care team to take care of your needs from a holistic perspective. My headache coach, Cary, is so incredibly caring, kind, and attentive. Some doctors and practices simply treat the direct pain, forgoing the trauma of the entire experience and the changes it can cause in every other area of your life. Neura Health doesn’t. The entire team, including Cary who is so knowledgeable, caring and empathetic, and Madeleine the office manager, who is so attentive and dedicated to providing immediate help, is amazing and such a blessing. I could not be more appreciative and would recommend them to anyone looking for the absolute best care. They are immediately responsive even on the weekends, every on the care team is just incredible. Never had any healthcare experience like this on every aspect. Absolutely incredible.”

“Having had often debilitating for nearly 7 years and trying all sorts of treatments with varying degrees of success over the years, I came across Neura health one day. I really liked their holistic approach, variety of treatment plans, quality/resumes of all the neurologists and others involved with Neura Health. Then, my husband and myself met (virtually) with Dr. Berk and for the first time a doctor (let alone a neurologist) really listened to me and was willing to keep trying different treatments. The app is high contact, which I appreciate. There are weekly check-ins and every time I marked I was feeling worse a member of the staff would reach out to me personally which makes me feel very supported on my headache journey.”

“I love Neura Health! I joined Neura Health to get more support for vestibular migraine and it has been all that I hoped for. I experienced a significant flare soon after joining and the PA helped me through every step of my recovery back to baseline. There was daily communication about solutions through the app which to provided medical solutions and overall support. It made me feel so seen as a patient in crisis. Care Coaching is an excellent service which helps me with my goal setting for living with migraine and also helps me to develop strategies to overcome anxiety I have about migraine. I think Neura Health is an excellent example of the interactive health care that is possible when we treat the whole patient, not just the symptoms on an illness. Highly recommend!”

“I would give Dr. Thomas Burke ALL the stars. He figured it out and diagnosed me in one visit. I had been to numerous doctors over a nearly 10-year period. I am so much better now! I cannot thank NeuraHealth enough.”
