“I am so thankful for Neura Health. Dr. Berk, Medical Director is Brilliant and so kind. They set you up with a dedicated counselor who is there to support you every step of the way. Maddie and the rest of the team will text you back right away even on the weekends. I can't recommend then enough. I am still suffering from headache but I feel better that I have Neura Health as part of my team treatment and recommend then to anyone suffering with any type of headaches,.”

“Best thing ever! I tried cove as well and Neura health is in it's own league there is no comparison between the two. Neura Health is such a better value and you get way more individual attention and care. The doctors are kind and compassionate and take their time getting to know you and your case. There is also a health coach named Cary and he was a delight to work with. I have had an amazing experience with this company and highly recommend them. I felt so supported by my doctor Jasmine and health coach Cary. When I first came to them, I had chronic constant migraines for 7 years straight usually around a level 7 to 8 pain. I am now having days and weeks without any migraines which has allowed me to start working again for the first time in years. I am very grateful for the improvement I have had since working with them and feel like I am getting my life back. I tend to strongly prefer natural treatments and stay away from meds if I can. I was able to get relief by using the Relivion device and a bunch of natural supplements. I had already tried so much before coming to them, but figuring out what works for me now. Thank you Neura Health! I highly recommend this company, they are doing things right.”

“Dr. Burk spent a lot of time with me, is in good communication and is very knowledgeable. He looked into things other Doctors ignored. I absolutely recommend him. I have had some issues getting forms faxed and reaching people in the chat within the 48 hours but was told there were extenuating circumstances with people being out. However, when I reached people they were helpful. There was also an issue where he was supposed to be in network but then he wasn’t. Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for the visit and have a credit in case I need an appointment while they work out the insurance. The app is somewhat helpful, though would have some room for improvements. And the care coach is very sweet.”

“Neura Health has completely changed my life. With a somewhat uncommon neurological condition, I am familiar with neurologists and have experienced a lot of frustration at doctors not listening or minimizing my pain. This is not the case with Neura Health. My doctor, Dr. Berk, is so compassionate and has really taken the time to come up with the best treatment plan for me. For the first time in 10 years, I finally have medications that control and prevent my migraines and a doctor I can trust. I would absolutely recommend Neura Health to anyone struggling with migraines or headaches.”

“Since I started with Neura Health I have seen so much progress with my migraine. Everyone and everything on this app has been incredibly helpful and kind to me. I really enjoy using the tracker in the app to see all my symptoms, episodes, medications, etc and have a better understanding of my condition. “I’ve been with Neura for several months now and love it. The care team is super on top of it between prior authorizations, prescription refills, or document completion. Dr. Berk listens to me and answers all my questions. He respects that I do my own research as well and really takes into consideration what my thoughts are on a treatment plan going forward. I highly recommend Neura!!”
