As others have said, NFD is BooHoo style clothes at Boden prices. I bought the new foil spot wrap dress and it didn’t look as nice as it did in their photos, in fact it looked quite cheap. The facing on the neckline wasn’t secured and kept riding up and would not lie flat - not ideal on a wrap dress, particularly one I had paid £90 for. I contacted NFD on social media to ask if this was normal - perhaps I’d been sent a faulty dress - and received no response. So I returned it for a refund, and wrote about my disappointment on the returns slip. I’ve not heard anything from them but I have received my refund (I paid by Klarna as I’d heard NFD refunds are very slow). I have since bought another NFD dress from ASOS in the sale (for a third of the RRP) and love it, but again there’s no way it was worth the RRP of £90!
