I have never wrote a review for a company in my life but this experience has been horrible . If you live in the us or anywhere out of London I will tell you right now not to buy anything from this company . I’m recently stuck with a product I don’t want and I paid over 100 for it . The company offers free return from dhl so when I went to dhl to return a product I was told that they don’t have enough information from the label to accept the return . They need an account number from the company and a invoice number . This is just crazy I have return with so many other companies and this has never happened before . I reached out to the company in hopes they can easily give me this information. They keep telling me dhl will come pick up the item they just need to confirm with them it been 7 days and there isn’t even a solution yet . They keep giving me the run about regarding the issue . I repeat don’t buy from the company they don’t care about your experience with them . Instead of offering a free return due to this being their mistake they are not helping me at all .
