Recently sent back items, only to be told one item is missing and didn’t get a refund for it. (All items were in the package) of course I’d thrown away my postage receipt (which I will never do again) they said they needed to check the weight and because I no longer have the receipt there is nothing they can do. So not only do I not have what I purchased (because THEY have it) I’m also down £50!!! And that’s it case closed they said sorry nothing we can do!! Not even a voucher instead of a return so I just lose my money.
I’m really disappointed. No customer service and absolute archaic return method. Your order number etc means nothing. Why they can’t update their system like most high-end companies to access a return?
If you ever purchase from this company then I suggest you take photograph proof of your items and keep your postage receipts for at least 1 month (because they clearly don’t have a system in place, and zero customer care)
I will never purchased from this company again!
