WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD! Ordered a $200 coat that was SO CHEAP, tried to return and provided proof of receipt and tracking # but because the package is coming from the US and can only be tracked so far/they claim they still haven't "received it" they wont issue a refund. I inquired about this over a month after the return was sent after checking the tracking # seeing it clearly was lost. The customer service was less than helpful, one agent told me I would get an email with a refund. Another told me to file a claim with the USPS continuing to copy and paste their return policy. I clearly sent the item back. The quality is terrible, they have zero loyalty to their customers, and honestly didn't feel like they wanted to help in anyway. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!
