New wave doors is a very professional team right from sales, delivery and to after-sales. We are a bit of a perfectionist and the team accommodated our ask till the last moment. In fact, after 3 months of installation, they are sending me a black door handle which was not in the original order and we wanted it to match with another door. Usually, installation is 5-6 weeks but looking at my urgency team arranged for installation at the end of the 4th week itself without costing me anything. It is a kind of surprise always and people wonder why they didn't go for it. The special feature that you can use individual panels for opening is unique and not many have it [unless they used Wavedoor]. On the installation day you will find a Van with two technicians who know exactly what they are doing.
