I was apprehensive at first, using a company I had not heard of and based quite some distance away from me. As with any company, there are good and bad reviews but as I liked the product so much, I took the plunge. I now know there was no need to be worried. New Wave Doors have been great all along, from initial enquiry through to installation as well as a little aftercare. I was kept informed all the way through the process, and they were flexible on dates based on delays with my build. The product is great and I can't wait to use the doors more when the better whether comes.
