At first, buying an excavator (a big investment) sight unseen is scary. The company made it as painless as possible. They provided updates, pictures, advice, and answered every question I asked promptly (many, many annoying questions). It was a great day when the shipping company backed the excavator off the truck and I took control. I've been running it for hours every day without a single hiccup and am enjoying the machine. I have no reservations at all recommending this company for their services. Customer service is not dead, this company, NGO has proven that.
