I have never experienced service after the sale like NGO with any heavy equipment I have purchased before. The PC50UU restoration process is more detailed than you will find anywhere. Ray followed up to make sure delivery was perfect. Contract shipping with the NGO transport company it was smooth as silk. The PC50UU was transported across country in two days. “The NGO Company offers quality equipment at a competitive rate. I was apprehensive to purchase remotely, but the condition of the mini excavator I purchased was as advertised. I did come across a few odds and ends that needed attention and Ray at the NGO company was quick to follow up on those minor defects and with excellent customer focus, removed all of my anxieties. The NGO company stood by me for any deficiencies. I only had a few hose connections that needed replacement and the NGO company stood by me 100%. I have my rig now going on 9 months and these Komatsu rigs are tight and run smooth, most importantly they are powerful and have no electronics or circuit boards to break down. In summary, Ray at NGO was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I am very happy with my purchase and I would buy again from the NGO Company with confidence.”

“Great Customer service and backs up what they tell you. I worked with Ray and he spent hours with me going over my 1987 Komatsu PC28UU. I did not expect it to be perfect and found many issues with it but Ray worked with me sending me parts to correct any and all issues. If you are going to buy an older model Mini Excavator beware that you will have to work on it and make sure you do a full inspection when you get it. My PC28uu is a beast and love that it does not have all the electrical components of a modern-day excavator. It's very easy to work on and most parts are new. This is a very trustworthy company, I never had any reservations when I ordered my mini ex.”

“I bought a reconditioned Komatsu excavator. Ray was amazing to deal with. Super honest, super responsive. Ex: he asked me how cold it got at my house and when I told him it got to 0 sometimes, he offered to change coolant to low temp type and then followed through and never charged me for it.
