Am very impressed with both the machine and the service of Ray and The NGO Company. They were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and even providing additional parts to make our purchase worry-free and seamless. We purchased a mini-excavator from their location in California to be shipped to Hawaii (sight unseen). The Machine was exactly as described and has been a dream to work with. Ray also helped arrange for us to buy a new set of rubber tracks to be shipped with the machine (as a backup pair) We are very pleased with the entire transaction and would not hesitate to buy another from them in the future.
