“I bought a IHI site unseen...which I have never done....my bank was even hesitant to send money..But all was good. Every detail from buying to shipping was done with out a flaw. This machine is over 20 years old and that is what I wanted so it would be easy to work on and it is...started to bog on me about 5 months ago easy fix. There was gas in the oil so we had injection pump rebuilt, and all is good. Thank you for the mini ...I luv it”

“Trustworthy company to buy 2nd hand equipment I bought used Mitsubishi MX35 Mini Excavator from NGO via eBay. Was skeptical initially with payment via wire transfer, not via PayPal. After talking with a couple of customers and planning for pick-up by myself, I went ahead and sent NGO the money. Things turned out pretty well. I got the mini excavator. Very nice look, solid working condition, and super post-sales support. Whenever I had a question about the excavator, Ray at NGO was always very helpful. So far, I have used the mini excavator for about a month. There are a couple of little problems with the excavator, which didn't surprise me for a used excavator. I'm handy and have fixed the minor issues by myself with help from NGO. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase and with NGO.”

“Purchased a Komatsu PC20-7 in February 2021; arrived on time, in excellent, even better that expected, condition. It came with a 17" bucket and because of the cost savings from buying through NGO, I even had them build me two additional buckets (12" and 23"). Communication during the entire process could not have been better. I know I received a lot of bang for the buck! I would whole heartedly recommend NGO for any equipment purchases.”

“I purchased PC38 about 6 months ago now. I used it on soft dirt and rocky ground. Performs great. Minor issues when it was delivered but it is expected with an older unit. Communication with NGO was solid. He was quick and honest. Delivery to Colorado was smooth and on time. I would recommend purchasing from NGO the savings on the unit is worth it. I went through the entire unit a made some minor changes to gauges to manual water temp, oil, and battery. I learned during heavy use this unit rubs a little hot at 190. You just simply have to open engine compartment while using temp goes back to 180. Love it.”
