I purchased PC38 about 6 months ago now. I used it on soft dirt and rocky ground. Performs great. Minor issues when it was delivered but it is expected with an older unit. Communication with NGO was solid. He was quick and honest. Delivery to Colorado was smooth and on time. I would recommend purchasing from NGO the savings on the unit is worth it. I went through the entire unit a made some minor changes to gauges to manual water temp, oil, and battery. I learned during heavy use this unit rubs a little hot at 190. You just simply have to open engine compartment while using temp goes back to 180. Love it.
