Trustworthy company to buy 2nd hand equipment I bought used Mitsubishi MX35 Mini Excavator from NGO via eBay. Was skeptical initially with payment via wire transfer, not via PayPal. After talking with a couple of customers and planning for pick-up by myself, I went ahead and sent NGO the money. Things turned out pretty well. I got the mini excavator. Very nice look, solid working condition, and super post-sales support. Whenever I had a question about the excavator, Ray at NGO was always very helpful. So far, I have used the mini excavator for about a month. There are a couple of little problems with the excavator, which didn't surprise me for a used excavator. I'm handy and have fixed the minor issues by myself with help from NGO. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase and with NGO.
