“Great Customer service and backs up what they tell you. I worked with Ray and he spent hours with me going over my 1987 Komatsu PC28UU. I did not expect it to be perfect and found many issues with it but Ray worked with me sending me parts to correct any and all issues. If you are going to buy an older model Mini Excavator beware that you will have to work on it and make sure you do a full inspection when you get it. My PC28uu is a beast and love that it does not have all the electrical components of a modern-day excavator. It's very easy to work on and most parts are new. This is a very trustworthy company, I never had any reservations when I ordered my mini ex.”

“I bought a reconditioned Komatsu excavator. Ray was amazing to deal with. Super honest, super responsive. Ex: he asked me how cold it got at my house and when I told him it got to 0 sometimes, he offered to change coolant to low temp type and then followed through and never charged me for it. Fantastic customer service and equipment was as described. Very happy and would use Ray again”

“I highly recommend the NGO company. Dealing with a company that is not close by, requires trust especially wiring money for equipment that hasn’t been delivered. Ray answered my many questions timely and was always positive in his communication. The machine that I thought I was buying is what was delivered. This thing can dig and pull trees out of the ground with no problem. Having no experience operating heavy equipment other than a tractor there is of course a learning curve. Everything is tight and runs smooth. My only regret is not ordering a larger one.”

“Ray, was very helpful....and knowledgeable. I am very glad because I have bought another mini excavator...it's larger cousin... Many glitches, initially, but all worked out. For the newbies...u can do it, u can operate the mini Excavator right off the bat...not saying u will be a great operator right away. But I never operated any earth moving equipment till today..... NGO...did what was contracted for and quiet a bit more. I am glad because another one is arriving soon. The hot shot that was used , thought it was 'brand new' not two decades old. If u need your asset to be transported, please do consider using the outfit NGO works with Please pass that on to the Team in Japan.”

“Never thought I would buy an excavator especially out of state from an online vendor. Ray answered all my questions and was very professional. He kept in contact every step of the way and was very helpful in all the processes. After I received it I used it on a large tree cleaning project. After just a few hours of use it broke a track. I contacted Ray and in just 2 days I had a brand new set of brand name Trojan tracks delivered to my house under warranty. There is one other little nonissue leak that that is expected from a close to 30 year old machine. Ray insists he will help resolve it but I’ve been procrastinating because of weather issues here in central Oregon. Don’t worry Ray I have the machine parked at my shop now. Just waiting for the weather to break and I’ll find that leak. If your interested in a excavator from NGO do not hesitate. Great company and great staff! Dave Sweet.”

“It's hard to make a large purchase from a company that you don't have any experience with, but so far I am happy with my refurbished mini-excavator. I am thankful for Ray as he is a great communicator. I ordered the machine based on online pictures, and a video in early January. It then took time to leave Japan and arrive via boat in Long Beach, CA I believe. I received it in late March.”

“At first, buying an excavator (a big investment) sight unseen is scary. The company made it as painless as possible. They provided updates, pictures, advice, and answered every question I asked promptly (many, many annoying questions). It was a great day when the shipping company backed the excavator off the truck and I took control. I've been running it for hours every day without a single hiccup and am enjoying the machine.
