Great Customer service and backs up what they tell you. I worked with Ray and he spent hours with me going over my 1987 Komatsu PC28UU. I did not expect it to be perfect and found many issues with it but Ray worked with me sending me parts to correct any and all issues. If you are going to buy an older model Mini Excavator beware that you will have to work on it and make sure you do a full inspection when you get it. My PC28uu is a beast and love that it does not have all the electrical components of a modern-day excavator. It's very easy to work on and most parts are new. This is a very trustworthy company, I never had any reservations when I ordered my mini ex.
