Ray, was very helpful....and knowledgeable. I am very glad because I have bought another mini excavator...it's larger cousin... Many glitches, initially, but all worked out. For the newbies...u can do it, u can operate the mini Excavator right off the bat...not saying u will be a great operator right away. But I never operated any earth moving equipment till today..... NGO...did what was contracted for and quiet a bit more. I am glad because another one is arriving soon. The hot shot that was used , thought it was 'brand new' not two decades old.
