Never thought I would buy an excavator especially out of state from an online vendor. Ray answered all my questions and was very professional. He kept in contact every step of the way and was very helpful in all the processes. After I received it I used it on a large tree cleaning project. After just a few hours of use it broke a track. I contacted Ray and in just 2 days I had a brand new set of brand name Trojan tracks delivered to my house under warranty. There is one other little nonissue leak that that is expected from a close to 30 year old machine. Ray insists he will help resolve it but I’ve been procrastinating because of weather issues here in central Oregon. Don’t worry Ray I have the machine parked at my shop now.
