I bought a reconditioned Komatsu excavator. Ray was amazing to deal with. Super honest, super responsive. Ex: he asked me how cold it got at my house and when I told him it got to 0 sometimes, he offered to change coolant to low temp type and then followed through and never charged me for it. Fantastic customer service and equipment was as described. Very happy and would use Ray again
