It's hard to make a large purchase from a company that you don't have any experience with, but so far I am happy with my refurbished mini-excavator. I am thankful for Ray as he is a great communicator. I ordered the machine based on online pictures, and a video in early January. It then took time to leave Japan and arrive via boat in Long Beach, CA I believe. I received it in late March.
