I highly recommend the NGO company. Dealing with a company that is not close by, requires trust especially wiring money for equipment that hasn’t been delivered. Ray answered my many questions timely and was always positive in his communication. The machine that I thought I was buying is what was delivered. This thing can dig and pull trees out of the ground with no problem. Having no experience operating heavy equipment other than a tractor there is of course a learning curve. Everything is tight and runs smooth. My only regret is not ordering a larger one.
