I ordered a door mat with a famous phrase on Sept. 6th. It was delivered Sept.26th while we were on vacation. We arrived home and our neighbors brought our mail to the house on Oct. 2nd. That's when I discovered the phrase on the door mat was printed incorrectly. I reached out to the third party that I believed provided the mat. Today I received an email instructing me to notify NHALA HOME. I requested a return label and hope that will be emailed to me soon along with a refund. I hope to hear soon from NHALA that this is a quick resolve and I will be happy to update my review. Ron
