I ordered a door mat. It took forever to ship. It said it was shipping from overseas when i received the shipping notification. And when it arrived it was not the material I expected for a door mat. It was thin, soft and flimsy. Very cheaply made. The print and wording looked smeared like the ink had run. There are pink shadows running from the black lettering. It arrived after the occasion i needed it for and Unfortunately, I pushed it aside and forgot about it so didn’t contact the company for a return within the return time frame. Won’t order from here again.

I ordered four curtain panels but didn't open them right away as we were in the midst of redecorating our home and the curtains were last. When I opened the packages last week, they were quite different from the description given, and the picture. They were the Native American Pattern Red Background Printed Window Curtain, $119 for two panels. The description states the color may "slightly" vary...NO, it varies EXTREMELY! The Brick Red was actually a faded eggplant purple, not even close to being considered slightly varied, it's just way off! They also mentioned that due to high demands, they had to outsource their manufacturing to other countries. Whoever they sourced them to must have had oily, dirty hands because when the light hits them, you can visibly see what appears to be oil stains or spots where the dye took differently. There also appears to be finger length prints on the edge of one panel where they were holding them as the dye is darker there too, in the shape of fingers. The color is uneven ALL OVER the panels. They remained in the plastic bags they arrived in so I know for a fact the discoloration was not caused after they arrived. The only reason I even gave themtwo stars is the fabric was nice and they appeared to hang equal. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere, or at least wait until they bring the manufacturing back to the USA. Our country prides itself on quality, as a rule. I am extremely disappointed to say the least! I would not buy from this company ever again. I really wanted the red color in the photo, or something at least close to that color. My rugs, throw pillows & other decor do not match the drapes!

Do not purchase anything from this store!!!! They have a policy that you have to email them in order to make a return. I emailed them 3 times in 9 days after I received my order. I have not received a single response back from them. In addition, the resolution is terrible on the curtain (one from a photo), there is light stitching on dark material which makes it look incredibly cheap and there are only 10 holes instead of 12 . You could probably deal with that if you loved the shower curtain. I hate it, but with their policy I am not allowed to return anything without talking to their "support" which does not exist at all. They are thieves that took my money for a crappy product.

I ordered a sofa cover, and a recliner cover with the same musical pattern, but they look nothing alike. Recliner looks like it has black notes with gold background and the sofa cover has brown notes with dark khaki? background. Recliner cover is quilted and has a strap that is totally worthless. Does not fit recliner properly. Sofa cover is very flimsy material. Totally dissatisfied with both.

Sizes of men's shirts were not true, running small. Returns are a nightmare. You don't get back full price, have to pay shipping to return and receive items. No mailing labels to make it easy. You can't just send items back without being authorized, and the address where to ship is in China. With a mailing address so long I could write a book faster. The email I received said they had to close their Asian warehouse, but I was supposed to send items there. I do love the prices, and customer service was very prompt and friendly.

Very disappointed with the quality of this item. It will not hold up outside. I would like to return this item as it is a waste of money.

Ordered a wind chime with photo. Reps kept me very well informed through emails on the progress of my order. It arrived sooner than I expected and quality was better than I expected. Only thing that would have been a ‘nice to have’ is to be able to view the product after the photo was added. If there was this feature, I did not find it.

I would not buy from this company they literally sent me what looks like a cow bathroom rug. Very cheaply made and they will not return it

First of all, very happy with the beautiful shower curtain. It is exactly like the picture. I was also happy with the customer service, confirmation of where the item is that. It came here in 16 days. This goes to prove you have to wait for all good things! I will definitely order from you again. Very happy from beginning to end with the service and the product.

I ordered the sofa and chair covers. The material and design are wonderful! But, the strap to hold the cover in place is completely inadequate. It is stitched into the side of the cover and not reinforced at all. Within the first week, the recliner cover strap came loose from the cover and needed repair. It does not stay in place at all; continually have to pull the cover up over the back of the chair. The same for the sofa cover; strap broke within the first couple of hours of visitors sitting on it. Very disappointed as the main reason I bought these furniture covers was to have them stay in place. Would not purchase again unless the design of the strap vastly improves!

I love the couch cover, easy to install, colorful. I do wish it had a top or bottom marker, but nothing is perfect.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Our curtains were a tiny bit over $60. Now let me start off by saying that I expect the material and overall quality of a curtain that is at this price should be a good, decent quality. However, they are not. Yes, the curtains had the product description in the information but that does not actually prove what the material quality will be like in person. They’re stiff, gross and look super cheap and tacky. They remind us of curtains that belong in a motel room that rents out by the hour for women of the night… if you catch my drift. Now, with that being said, there is nothing physically damaged with these curtains. No rips, stains, inconsistent printing patterns, etc. BUT… we still wanted to return them because of how gross and ugly they are in real life. We messaged customer support explaining that the curtains do not meet or expectations and that we would like to return them. The first response we received back was customer service asking us to provide photos of the “damages” before giving us the return information we needed. I then responded back telling them exactly what I have already mentioned in this review (but worded WAYYYY nicer) and being honest with them telling them that there are no damages, that the curtains are just flat out gross. The most recent response we received back from customer support was them saying “sorry bout your luck” to us (for lack of better words). We were told that we cannot make a return because there is nothing wrong with the curtains and then they also attached a photo of the product description as if we didn’t read it before purchasing the curtains. Like I said, product description means nothing of the actual quality. I went back and read Nhala’s refund/return policy and no where in it stated that In order to receive a refund, that the product HAS to be damaged/defective. It just stated that IF it is, that customer support would need photo proof. So, word to the wise, either don’t buy any curtains from this place unless you’re looking for motel room curtains, or if you don’t mind wasting money. Or if you still want to take a chance with them and end up wanting to return the product, I’d rip it or damage it on your own and then say it came like that so you can return it. I guess this is the price I pay for being honest and telling them there was nothing physically wrong with the curtains besides the horrible quality. Now we’re stuck with these nasty ass hooker curtains and we’re out $60. Oh and the shipping took quite a while and the ordering notifications, tracking info, and communication in the emails SUCKED. After denying me a return they had the audacity to give me a 15% off coupon for my “next” purchase. Seriously!? I will NEVER purchase anything from this place again and I will make sure other people do not either.

First it took forever to receive the so called outdoor door mat?? It was very thin & not of good quality to be placed outside. You would think for the price it would have been decent, if I could I would return it & get my money back, but I’m sure that is not an option?! I will never order from this company again!!! Very, very disappointed & feel scammed & ripped off!! Thanks

Excellent quality of the painted curtains I ordered.. Unique design and timely tracking service. I will enjoy the curtains everytime I see them and is a good piece of conversation with my visitors. Will order more in the future.

Shipping was long however I could understand that because of the pandemic, however your customer service team was rude an unhelpful I will not order from your company ever again because of her smart remarks Thanks Again Mrs Washington of Maryland
