Do not purchase anything from this store!!!! They have a policy that you have to email them in order to make a return. I emailed them 3 times in 9 days after I received my order. I have not received a single response back from them. In addition, the resolution is terrible on the curtain (one from a photo), there is light stitching on dark material which makes it look incredibly cheap and there are only 10 holes instead of 12 . You could probably deal with that if you loved the shower curtain. I hate it, but with their policy I am not allowed to return anything without talking to their "support" which does not exist at all. They are thieves that took my money for a crappy product.

Very disappointed with the quality of this item. It will not hold up outside. I would like to return this item as it is a waste of money.

I would not buy from this company they literally sent me what looks like a cow bathroom rug. Very cheaply made and they will not return it

I’d give zero stars if possible. Our curtains were a tiny bit over $60. Now let me start off by saying that I expect the material and overall quality of a curtain that is at this price should be a good, decent quality. However, they are not. Yes, the curtains had the product description in the information but that does not actually prove what the material quality will be like in person. They’re stiff, gross and look super cheap and tacky. They remind us of curtains that belong in a motel room that rents out by the hour for women of the night… if you catch my drift. Now, with that being said, there is nothing physically damaged with these curtains. No rips, stains, inconsistent printing patterns, etc. BUT… we still wanted to return them because of how gross and ugly they are in real life. We messaged customer support explaining that the curtains do not meet or expectations and that we would like to return them. The first response we received back was customer service asking us to provide photos of the “damages” before giving us the return information we needed. I then responded back telling them exactly what I have already mentioned in this review (but worded WAYYYY nicer) and being honest with them telling them that there are no damages, that the curtains are just flat out gross. The most recent response we received back from customer support was them saying “sorry bout your luck” to us (for lack of better words). We were told that we cannot make a return because there is nothing wrong with the curtains and then they also attached a photo of the product description as if we didn’t read it before purchasing the curtains. Like I said, product description means nothing of the actual quality. I went back and read Nhala’s refund/return policy and no where in it stated that In order to receive a refund, that the product HAS to be damaged/defective. It just stated that IF it is, that customer support would need photo proof. So, word to the wise, either don’t buy any curtains from this place unless you’re looking for motel room curtains, or if you don’t mind wasting money. Or if you still want to take a chance with them and end up wanting to return the product, I’d rip it or damage it on your own and then say it came like that so you can return it. I guess this is the price I pay for being honest and telling them there was nothing physically wrong with the curtains besides the horrible quality. Now we’re stuck with these nasty ass hooker curtains and we’re out $60. Oh and the shipping took quite a while and the ordering notifications, tracking info, and communication in the emails SUCKED. After denying me a return they had the audacity to give me a 15% off coupon for my “next” purchase. Seriously!? I will NEVER purchase anything from this place again and I will make sure other people do not either.

First it took forever to receive the so called outdoor door mat?? It was very thin & not of good quality to be placed outside. You would think for the price it would have been decent, if I could I would return it & get my money back, but I’m sure that is not an option?! I will never order from this company again!!! Very, very disappointed & feel scammed & ripped off!! Thanks

The item took way longer to get to me than expected. They did not tell me originally it was being shipped from China. When it got to me the quality was terrible. It was thin and poorly made. It did not look like the picture on the website. I contacted them about it and they refused to let me return it for a refund.

I ordered a small order on March 21st. I received it May 9th. When I ordered it, no where did it say it was coming from China and I would have to wait almost 2 months for delivery. I did not have it for the Birthday present I ordered it for. THey need transparency about this on the website to keep customers from being disappointed. Marilyn

Unhappy with very expensive curtains. They were incredibly heavy and I tried to return them. Company would not take them back and offered no option. Don’t shop here

The curtains I ordered did not look like the photos online. I’m not referring to the colors, that can be hard to judge. The curtains in the photos had a crisp sharp look to them. What arrived was a shiny blurry pattern. Very disappointed. Given the cost, over one hundred dollars, and the no return policy, I will not be ordering anything from NHALA HOME again.

Horrible! Instead of each panel being the size listed (52 x 84), they sent 2 panels 26 x 84, totaling the size listed. Customer service won't respond. Company is based in China so no way to contact beyond email. Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy anything from them. They screw you over and have their products made in china and never tell you. They delay their shipments by weeks and when it gets returned to sender they will not refund even though there is proof from the post office. Worst customer experience of my life. And that says a lot from someone who does a lot of online shopping

I ORDER THE BOHO BUTTERFLY GARDEN BATH CURTAIN, RECEIVE IT A WEEK AGO AND JUST OPEN IT TO HANG IT UP, AND WAS VERY THIS DISAPPOINTED TO SEE IT ONLY HAVE 10 HOLDS FOR THE HANG UP IN STEAD OF 12 HOLES IN THE CURTAIN WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT BACK COURSE ITS BEEN TEN DAY, I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM NHALA HOME, AND WONT EVEN RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE.

I design and sell shower curtains for the brand Metro Shower Curtains (metroshowercurtains.com) and was upset to find that Nhala home has pirated my designs for use on their products without my permission or knowledge, at presumably a much lower quality, as they do not have access to my high resolution art / print files. This is theft. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Sofa cover was too small and irregularly shaped. It will fit no sofa I have ever seen. Very very poor quality!
