“I purchased two sheets of peel and stick wall paper. The sheets were the same physical size but the design on the paper was a different resolution. Very poor quality and then the company communicated they would refund my purchase but never did so. They said everything would ship from the US and arrive within a week but it shipped from China and took over a month a arrive. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“I gave one star because it was the lowest option, I’d rather give zero. I ordered what was depicted as a door mat. What I received is nothing like what was pictured on the site. It looks more like a drying mat for dishes. It’s light as a feather and the slightest breeze blows it away. Horrible quality, I was so excited about getting this and now I’m extremely saddened that I wasted $40.”

“Never buy from this company. The shower curtain was nothing like the picture that I thought I was ordering. I emailed asking for an address to return the item and they will not take it back because it is not 'damaged'. Do not buy from this company. I have opened a dispute with my bank to fight this as fraudulant.”

“I purchased curtains but was extremely unhappy with the poor quality. The bottoms don’t hang flat. They curve up on the ends. I contacted the company about getting a refund and they refused. They basically told me to deal with it because there’s nothing wrong with the always they were constructed. I will never order from them again. Ever. Buyer beware..”

“I wish that I had read the comments before I ordered. I purchased laundry baskets from this Company. They took the payment but I never got the product. There is no number to call only email. When I inquired about my purchase two weeks later they told me that the employees were on a much needed vacation after the busy Christmas Holiday rush. Now still nothing.”

“Horrors. Do not order from this company, they are deceptive and expensive for what you will receive. They lie and insult you if you want to return their poor quality trash. The delivery time was seven weeks, and it has been three months and I'm still trying to get a refund, they are deceptive and misleading, rude and dishonest. They are not based in the USA, they use a staged address and there is only an email address to correspond with them. If you read their return policy, it does not conform with Consumer Protection Laws in all of our States. Please, save your disappointments and shop elsewhere!”

“Long shipping delays, confusing product tracking, warped product It took a week for the product to ship, then didn’t arrive for another three weeks, and even though I was told I would be emailed the expected delivery date, that information never came. While I was waiting, every single day I received an email that my product was transferred from one shipping partner site to another with no actual location information. Honestly, no information at all would have been more helpful. I ordered the rug on January 10th, it arrived on February 8th. I had to laugh when I finally got the rug. The map graphic that I ordered was printed on it, but it was rotated ninety degrees from how it was advertised. Everything was distorted and stretched, and the map is functionally useless, inaccurate and unreadable. I am extremely frustrated with every single aspect of my experience with nhalahome. Buyer beware!”

“Do not order from this company unless you're 100% sure you won’t be returning it! My mother-in-law ordered a shower curtain, didn’t like the color/design once she got it, and the company WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN! They state that something has to be wrong with it for a return to be accepted. They claim the shower curtain was handmade to order! That’s ridiculous. The bag the curtain was in has a MADE IN CHINA sticker on it! I wish my mother-in-law would’ve never ordered from here. Who doesn’t accept returns?????? Very disappointing.”

“My order was marked delivered last week, but it never came. Apparently someone miswrote my address on the package and, the address as written doesn’t exist. I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to track it down and getting the run around. This was a terrible experience. Don’t waste your money or time.”
