“The ornament that was shown was not what you sent. I received a cheap paper picture of the ornament sandwiched between two pieces of bubbly pressed plastic. Horrible”

“The worst buying I've ever had. I should have looked deeper to realize this was from China. When I want 2 weeks and it hadn't arrived, I asked to cancel the order. You can cancel, they will just keep your money. They didn't start making the Christmas Tree skirt until I ordered it. I ordered early December. It's now new years and it's still not here. Numerous times they said it's been shipped. Nothing. Don't buy from here. If I could give them a zero, I would.”

“It was the ugliest tree skirt I have ever seen. So very disappointed that I paid the amount of money I did to get something that looked awful. It came after christmas but that was OK because I wouldn't have put it around my tree anyway. I learned a very expensive lesson... but I will never order from you again.”

“I ordered a gold star ornament with the letters JOY cut into it & I received a pink star with a little heart cut into it. It’s not what I wanted or ordered!! Very, very upset & disappointed!!!!!”

“This item was NOT shipped from US, as it said on the website. It was shipped from China and so it arrived late. The item was NOT as pictured- not a thick coir mat as it appears in photos worth the $39 paid, but a cheap, thin, photo printed, $10 mat that won’t stand up to any weather or use. Embarrassing to give this as a (late) gift!”

“Placed a basic 1-item order on Dec. 13th. It is now Dec. 28th and we have not received it. The tracking info shows it has not even passed it's mid-way point in the shipping journey. BEWARE Nhala Home... because I think maybe Nhala is code for "Nobody" as in - Nobody Home at Nhala Home. That was my attempt at humor. This business is terrible.”

“Small thin mat received was not as described. I expected an outdoor rug coir material. This item was a ripoff and would have sold for a few dollars here in Tx dollar stores. I ordered it on 11/23 and received it on 12/23! Had I known it was coming from China instead of your listed address here in the USA you wouldn’t have got me!!!”

“I had to start a PayPal dispute to get a response from customer service. Once the item did arrive it seems to be cheaply made and not as described. It should have been a sheet set and it was a blanket cover and 2 pillow cases. The colors are not right as well. I will not buy again.”

“Ordered a Christmas ornament and have been trying to return it since it’s a cheap plastic thing that I waited over a month to get. Support has been responsive but they keep asking me for more pictures or more reasons for the return. I ordered several to give as gifts and I do my think I’ll be getting my money back.”

“The item I ordered did not come as displayed. I ordered an Irish Christmas tree skirt. The picture shows the item with a black boarder. However when then item arrived, it had a red boarder. I have reach out to customer service, but have not heard back as of yet. If the situation is resolved, I will update this review.”

“Do not order anything for Christmas- they say shipping is delayed due to COVID but if pay $65 more in shipping I could get it before Christmas. Told them to cancel order but they said the couldn’t because it was shipping. Typical overseas operation taking advantage of people trying to get Christmas items.”
