I spent $100 on two pillow cases and two curtains for my bedroom and all I received was 1 pillow case. I dont know if this site is a scam or what. But I would like to receive my items or my money back.

The curtian I ordered turned out not to be big enough so I wanted to send it back and order a larger one and pay the difference. Instead they are telling me since it was not damaged they will not except the return. They said I could order the size I wanted and they will give me 30% discount. Now I'm stuck with a curtian I cannot use and paid $91.99 for it. They are not at all honest people and I will never order from them again...very upset...

Welcome mat is WAY TOO thin and poorly constructed to use as a door mat. Plus, the words are cut off on the top bottom

Ordered a hamper. Grammar was wrong. Another hamper was sent, once again wrong grammar. I was offered a new hamper if I paid the shipping. Not my mistake. I don't feel like I should pay for their mistake.

The rug has a pretty scene as advertised, however, it is misrepresented. It’s is paper thin and very poor quality. Very disappointing for the money. It will not last one season and that’s If I keep it inside.

I purchased a door mat from Nhala Home. Even though the picture on the website is of coir doormat, the actual product is a piece of foam with the screenprint of a coir mat on it. It is beyond cheap and the pictures and description on the website are extremely misleading. I wrote to customer service and because the item is not damaged I can not return it, despite the false advertising on their part. Instead, they offered to update their website, which does me no good after the fact.

I ordered a rug, says it was delivered not sure where. I have gone back and forth with the company (Ms Jasmine) and the delivery company. The address they have is correct but no one will tell me where my package is, just to check with neighbors. I’ll never buy from them, since I didn’t receive the first order. And I get no refund. Company is a joke.

Took way too long to arrive. Website description stated the couch cover would fit a 91" couch. It did not. Received a "run around" about the fact that I did not measure correctly and the company would not issue a return. I tried to return the couch cover but have yet to receive an address to return it. Label in Chinese--material irritable. Stopped payment on this at my bank under United States Consumer Fraud Act. Will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered a door mat with a famous phrase on Sept. 6th. It was delivered Sept.26th while we were on vacation. We arrived home and our neighbors brought our mail to the house on Oct. 2nd. That's when I discovered the phrase on the door mat was printed incorrectly. I reached out to the third party that I believed provided the mat. Today I received an email instructing me to notify NHALA HOME. I requested a return label and hope that will be emailed to me soon along with a refund. I hope to hear soon from NHALA that this is a quick resolve and I will be happy to update my review. Ron

Buyers Before: They do not honor their return policy. I purchased what I thought was an outside door mat. It took 2 weeks to arrive and I was disappointed to find the mat had been folded and was not an outdoor mat. I have gone back and forth with customer service (Ms. Jasmine) and they are telling me I cannot return the item because it is not damaged and that it was my mistake so they will not return it. Yet, the website says you can return items within 10 days and I was within that timeframe when I contacted them. I will never buy another item from this company.

Never will I order again!! I purchased because the price was half the price of other stores now I know why.. it took a over a month and a half to be delivered I think it came directly from China. If I had know I never would have ordered. It was a shower curtain which I needed for our new home and had to buy a replacement because it took so so long!!!

Ordered a hamper that has wrong spelling and improper grammar. I purchased it for a gift. When I reached out to them, they offered me 15% of my money back on something I will be unable to give asa gift. In my opinion, I should receive a corrected hamper along with a thank you for making them aware of their mistake before other orders are improperly filled. They did not offer a refund.

Cheap product what you charge plus paying for delivery…The last time I’ll buy anything from you again…I ordered the loveseat size it doesn’t fit my loveseat too small,so I just put it on my large chair…The hassle of returning it is a waste of my time and money…. Unsatisfied customer…..

Would love to leave zero stars. First of all, please be aware that for the measurements on their curtains, they're giving you the measurements of BOTH curtain panels -- i.e., if the dimensions are 54X83 inches, that's two panels at 27 inches wide each. My bad for missing that information, and I would have just taken the loss and moved on, but the image on the panels has essentially been squished onto the narrow 23 in surface -- i.e., it's not reduced with aspect ratio in mind, so the graphic ends up looking ridiculously skinny and tall and completely different than the image in the product photos on the website. I've now been writing back and forth repeatedly with the customer service trying to figure out how to return but it takes them ages to reply and now they've asked for pictures of the curtain panels hung to prove they don't look like product photos -- when they could just unwrap a package in their own warehouse to see. My guess is the goal is to either have you give up on a return or stall until 10 days have passed, after which you can't return a product according to the website. This place is a scam and I totally plan on spreading the word.

The product took forever to get. It was supposed to be a bedspread in pink and it was peach and it was as thin as a sheet instead of a bedspread. A waste of over $75.00. Will never order anything again l.
