“The ornament we ordered looked like blown glass, then we got an email saying it would be a flat ornament that had same image. Took a long time to receive and we are totally disappointed. The image is wavy. Looks like a piece of junk. Will never order from this company again. Complete rip off.”

“Read their return policy carefully, if you can find it. I tried to return an item 2 days after ordering it and found out I would still be charged $. Its been 3 weeks and I still do not have the item but get emails every other day from this company wanting me to rate them. Buyer beware.”

“I ordered curtains that never came, then was told they were sent back in an email, had a "customer support person" text me telling me my address doesn't exist then was asked to pay a fee to resend them tried to pay but it wouldn't go through then as soon as i asked for a refund, they told me they sent it out already only to find out its not coming again due to my address, which is the correct one by the way, never had trouble with that address ever. I will not be ordering from this store again.”

“Tracking information goes no where. Weren’t transparent about where this ships from (Shanghai) and how long it would take—-read the fine print. My mistake for not doing enough research first but after 3 weeks with no VALID resolution I will be disputing the charges.”

“The first duvet I received arrived damaged. I contacted Nhalahome, sent pictures and videos for proof. Was told by them I didn’t need to return the damaged one and they would sent me another one with my confirmation/tracking number, I haven’t received neither one or received a email updating me. Nothing! And this was 6 weeks ago! I haven’t received a refund either! I’m Beyond Frustrated!!!!”

“I waited almost a month for my item that i ordered when the item finally arrived the package was ripped and there was a snag in the curtain grant it i paid 106.00 for this item. this is the poorest company i would never recommand ordering anything from this place, find another place to order from that is my opinion.”

“We received a curtain the wrong size from what we ordered, they refund or exchange for the size we need. They did however offer a curtain the size we needed at 50% off but it was not the picture we wanted. So that was not any help. Will not order from there again, poor customer support.”

“I bought a lawnmower christmas ornament. Was very disappointed. looked nothing like what I was expecting. Cost $13. 98. Wasnt worth $2.00.Just a little thin piece of plastic. Could have got at dollar store.”

“The bath mat set is cheaply made and grey not black. The duvet cover does not look like the picture. Very disappointed. These are what my daughter put on her Christmas list and I am embarrassed to give them to her. I can’t even return them since the return window is only 10 days. I will never shop with a company that does not give a 30 day money back guarantee. Very disappointed!!”

“Extremely disappointed! When I opened the duvet there was a stain on it and miss prints all over the place on it. I was told they would sent me a replacement at no cost after sending a video of it but I still haven’t received my confirmation email with tracking number so who knows if I’m getting another. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and that it gets here within 2 weeks.”

“curtains were not true to colors in the catalog picture, They did not fit and I have to have 3-4 pictures showing what is wrong and then I have to wait for them to APPROVE the return. VERY difficult to return an item. So save your money unless you are postive that you truly will want the item ordered. Cannot return an item without their approval AND they want photographs!”

“Everything on their website is stolen. Be careful with buying from them, because you would be guilty of appropriation if you do so. I am the owner of a Christmas Decoration company and they had stolen our photography, designs, and product. They sell our product currently as their own (tree skirts). This is a foreign company, with no integrity whatsoever. Since we produce these items in house, customers are bound to get a low quality product if they even ship them out. We are in the process of reporting them and possible litigation, and will be working with the website provider to get them removed and barred from opening up other websites.”

“Item was not posted correctly, so wrong measurements. Received wrong color asked for grey&white, got Tan and beige. Was posted 52x120 Not stated what was length or width. Says pair, 52 is meaning window size. Not per curtain. 120 was length, also not stated.”
